These Terms govern your use of Luneflow, operated by Lune Data Solutions Ltd ("Luneflow", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales at 22 Woodlands Road, Lancaster, LA1 2EN. By subscribing to Luneflow you agree to these Terms.
Luneflow is a WhatsApp-powered AI assistant platform for small and medium businesses. We handle inbound WhatsApp messages on your business's WhatsApp number, generate AI replies grounded in a knowledge base we build from your content, run structured Flows (bookings, lead capture, FAQs), and let you manage templates and settings from a dashboard. We operate on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform; you retain ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account and phone numbers.
You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep your account credentials secure. You agree not to use Luneflow to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to send content that breaches the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, to send illegal or infringing content, or to impersonate another business. You are responsible for what your AI assistant is configured to say and for the accuracy of the knowledge-base content you supply.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Published tiers (excluding VAT):
A one-off setup fee of £199 applies on first sign-up (covers Meta verification, AI build and onboarding). Pricing may change with 30 days' written notice; your existing term is honoured at the price you signed up at. Meta conversation / template messaging fees are charged by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account and are not included in Luneflow's fees.
You may cancel at any time with 14 days' notice before your next billing date by emailing ben@luneflow.co. This is a business-to-business service so UK consumer cancellation rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) do not apply. We honour good-faith refunds for setup fees where the service could not be delivered.
We own the Luneflow software, dashboards, model prompts and platform code. You own your content: WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, templates you create, customer conversations, and the knowledge base we build from your material. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service. On termination we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy and Data deletion pages.
We act as a data processor on your behalf under UK GDPR when handling your end-customers' WhatsApp messages and contact details. See our Privacy Policy for full processing details. You act as controller in respect of your end-customers.
Luneflow depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and on third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenRouter). Outages, pricing changes or policy changes by these upstream providers may affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by upstream third-party failure outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or connected with these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost business or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 14 days of written notice. We may suspend the service immediately for abuse, security risk, or breach of WhatsApp policy, with reasons given as soon as reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
